When you sign up, we set up an email address that belongs to your dealership, something like ned@magic.trnsact.com. Every email sent to that address gets read by Trnsact and posted on the right deal. Here's how your team gets emails there.

1 Set up an automatic forward

Set a rule once. Every matching email gets there on its own.

In your email tool (Outlook, Gmail), add a rule that says "forward any email from your lender to ned@magic.trnsact.com." Set the rule once, and every matching email gets forwarded automatically from then on.
