Founded in 2018 by operators from equipment finance, lending, and software, Trnsact began with a simple conviction: commercial equipment dealers deserve better than paper packets and manual email chains.

The team first built tools to digitize credit and finance workflows, then expanded into a full platform that supports dealers, manufacturers, lenders, and insurance partners across construction, agriculture, transportation, and material handling.
